Booking and payment
How do I book?
Directly on this website: choose the apartment, select the available dates and complete the payment online by credit card. Confirmation arrives by email within minutes.
Can I pay on arrival?
No. Payment is made online at the time of booking, securely by credit card.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Between 7 and 3 days before: 50% refund. Less than 3 days before: no refund. The exact dates are confirmed in the booking email.
Can I book both apartments at the same time?
Yes. Gold and Silver are two independent units in the same building — ideal for groups or large families who want to stay close while having separate spaces.
Check-in and check-out
How does check-in work?
Check-in is autonomous. You receive the keypad code and access instructions by email 24 hours before arrival. No one is waiting for you — you can arrive at any hour after 3:00 PM.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
Can I arrive at night?
Yes. Keypad self check-in works at any hour. The only rule is check-in no earlier than 3:00 PM.
Do I need to tell you my arrival time?
It helps to indicate it during booking so communications arrive at the right time, but it is not mandatory — the code arrives 24 hours in advance anyway.
The property
Are Cagrovi Gold and Cagrovi Silver in the same building?
Yes. They are two independent apartments with separate entrances, in the same building at Via Santa Croce 26, Casoria.
What is the difference between Gold and Silver?
Gold has 77 m² and Silver has 60. Both have 2 separate bedrooms, 3 beds, the same main amenities and a balcony, and they are on the same floor.
Is there parking?
There is private parking nearby, available on request at € 5 per day. It is not inside the building but in the immediate vicinity.
Is there an airport shuttle?
Yes, for a fee. You can request it after booking — we will contact you to arrange the service.
Is WiFi included?
Yes, WiFi is free throughout the building.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is forbidden in the whole apartment, including the balcony.
How many people can stay in each apartment?
The maximum is 4 guests per apartment.
Do children pay?
Children up to 2 years old stay free.
Location and surroundings
How far is Naples Capodichino airport?
Cagrovi Apartments is a few minutes from Naples Capodichino airport. The exact time depends on traffic.
How do I reach the centre of Naples?
Casoria-Afragola station is about 0.9 km away on foot (about 12 minutes) and connects directly to Naples. By car, the historic centre of Naples is about 30 minutes away.
Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes. The Manna Vincenzo bar is 200 metres away. At 350 metres you find the Pizze di Napoletano restaurant and Pizzeria Vesuvio.
